I am what you call geriatric in the cat world. I am deaf and loving it. Hi, I am Jerry. I was born about October 2000. She took me and my brother (Dan) home.

My mom got me at PetsMart right after GW's first inauguration. It was a cold damp day and they had just eaten and were doing a why not look at the kittens. That is when Mom saw me and my other cage mates. I have been by her side ever since. As an 'old' man I have several health issues. I have high blood pressure, for which I take a pill every day. My Mum loves chasing me down to give me it. This m

akes it really hard for her and the rest of the family to go away. I also have chronic kidney disease, pancreatitis and allergies. In the past couple of months I have gone deaf. Mom was wondering why I was so chill with my human little brother running around. I find that being deaf isn't so bad. I sleep like a rock. And the little brother noise doesn't irritate me like it used to. I do miss hearing Mom call me or hearing the cat food can opening. I am a big personality and I love my people.

It's been 11 and 4 years since my boys have passed. I think it is about time to bring another kitty back into our world.
