✨🐾 Adoption Spotlight: Mrs. Whiskers & Mr. Mustache 🐾✨

Meet our adorable duo who are about to celebrate their 6-month birthdays—the perfect age to join their forever families! Both are fully vaccinated and will be microchipped upon adoption.

🐱 Mrs. Whiskers – This sweet girl is a gentle soul. She loves to play and cuddle but usually prefers to curl up at your feet, on the couch, or snuggled with her brother. She gets along wonderfully with both cats and dogs, though she’d also do fine as an only cat. (We’d LOVE to see her in a dog-friendly home!) 🐶❤️ Mrs. Whiskers is spayed!

🐱 Mr. Mustache – The life of the party! This goofy boy is full of energy, always ready to play, and will happily jump into your lap for endless purrs. Because he thrives on companionship, he’d love to go to a home with another cat—ideally with his sister Mrs. Whiskers! Mr. Mustache is currently not neutered and we will explain why to any potential adopters 😊

💌 If you’re looking for the perfect mix of playful and snuggly, these two might be your match. Bonus points if they get to stay together!

🌟Rescue life is full of highs and lows… and after this weekend, we’re on a HUGE high!🌟

We had TEN adoptions this weekend alone!!! Ten cats found their forever homes, and that means we can open our doors to even more cats and kittens still waiting for their chance 🐾💙

A big thank you to everyone who chose adoption this weekend—you’ve truly changed lives and we couldn’t be more grateful for you 💕

🚐🐾 Did you know our rescue doesn’t just foster & adopt out animals locally — we also partner with other rescues to transport pets up north, where they have a greater chance at finding their forever homes?

✨ Yesterday was a BIG transport day! We:
🐱 Sent 12 cats/kittens on their way to new opportunities
🐶 Sent 6 puppies to start fresh adventures
🐾 Welcomed 4 new kittens into our rescue

💖 Two of those travelers were our long-term residents, Starlight and Maddie (we are so excited for their second chance). Four transported puppies came out of Augusta Animal Services, and we even picked up a special Honduran kitten from Flight Angels of Roatan in Canton, GA. Plus, 4 kittens traveled to Athens-Clarke County to hitch a ride all the way to New York!

We are so grateful for our amazing partners, especially GA Transport Allies, who help make these lifesaving journeys possible 💕 and a special shout out to Kristin Pikri for driving our cats & Jeanne Keeler for driving our dogs!

Every ride is another chance at a forever home. Thank you to everyone who supports us — you are truly saving lives! 🙌🏻

✨🐾 BIG NEWS ALERT 🐾✨

Our sweet boy Chai—our longest rescue resident who recently shared his story—has finally found his forever home!!! 🏡💙

This shy black kitty has been waiting so patiently for the right person to come along, and that day has finally come. His new family is ready to give him all the love, patience, and cozy spots he deserves.

We couldn’t be happier for Chai, and we are so thankful to everyone who shared his story, rooted for him, and helped make this adoption possible 🩵

Here’s to second chances and happily-ever-afters. Congrats, Chai! 🐾✨

We are SO grateful for all the amazing people who have recently stepped up to foster with us! Because of you, more kitties are safe, loved, and one step closer to their forever homes 🐾✨

Fosters are truly the heart of rescue. Every bathroom, spare bedroom, or cozy corner you open up means another life saved from shelters or tough situations in community colonies 🏡💜
