Time slots are reserved to groom your dog. I ask that you arrive on time, or let me know in advance if you may be late, so that I can make alternative arrangements.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give me AT LEAST 48HRS NOTICE, as I may have customers waiting for a cancellation appointment.
If you MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT, without giving advanced notice, you will be charged for that missed appointment and will have to pay in full before you are able to book another appointment.

Small businesses cannot afford to have missed appointments.
This is a job not a hobby.

Due to the never ending price increases in everything I have decided to remove the card payment system.
With yet another increase in charges It was a choice of keep the machine or increase prices, which I don’t want to do.
Some clients already pay cash and I’m trying to be fare to everyone.
This will start from September.

A yearly plan sounds a lot but it will be 6-8 grooms unless your on a 4 weekly schedule.
At present I am working 10-12 weeks ahead. This will only get worse once the weather warms up. 🌞🌞🌞
