**Rabbit Buyer Policy**

*Rabbits are first come, first served

*BEW/VM/VC animals will go to breeders wanting to better the color and breed. We have the right to refuse the sales of these colors to buyers wanting to produce colors only.

*Show rabbits are sold free of any dq to our knowledge. VM animals are not showable but can be listed as “show type”

*Deposits are non-refundable- If you place

a deposit on a rabbit and back out, your deposit will not be returned- NON-NEGOTIABLE

*Deposits will hold the rabbit while arrangements are made for pick up/transport.

*If rabbit is not picked up within two weeks of purchase, the purchase will be void and your deposit will be forfeited(unless otherwise arranged)

*If something happens to your rabbit while in our care, you will be given three(3) options: receive your deposit back, it can be placed on a different rabbit, or it can be kept as a credit for you.

*We are not held responsible for the rabbits health after it leaves our care. All our rabbits will be healthy, to the best of our knowledge when they leave our care.

*We have the right to cancel and/or refuse a sale for any reason. If a deposit was placed prior to cancellation your deposit will be refunded.

*We do work with transporters. If you choose to use a transporter, buyer is responsible for arranging everything with transport and we will meet transport.

*Once the animal is in route with transport, we will not be held responsible for what happens as it is out of our hands at that point.

*Rabbits will sent with a gallon bag of transition feed

*We do have a list of transporters we refuse to send rabbits with, this can be discussed when discussing options.

*If a rabbit goes on transport and you forget to pick up rabbit, no refund will be given and the animal will come back into our care.

*If picking up locally, a time will be set up in a mutual location. We have a closed barn policy, this means no coming out to meet the rabbits due to the health and safety of the animals. Photos and videos can be sent frequently if buyers requests.

*All rabbits will leave with an identification tattoo in their left ear, this is non-negotiable.

Agave is a big girl! She’s had one litter and was a fantastic mama. With all of our nice junior does coming up, definitely making some tough cuts. Agave carries chocolate and dilute so she can produce just about every agouti variation except chinchilla

This choice was not taken lightly by my daughter, she loves this buck. With wanting to do chocolate tri however she knows he won’t be as useful. Currently have 2 daughters from him with another litter she is watching a few from.

However, this guy produces nice kits with nice fur and great color with even distribution I feel like. Only reason he is leaving is his color and we are retaining quite a few of his daughters
