An amazing opportunity is presenting itself! Christin Hardy Sanchez, Alice Wang and I were holding this sweet boy back for the show ring, but have made the mutual decision to let him go to a pet home.

He is SUCH a sweetheart! Very friendly, food driven, and sociable with all dogs/people in multiple environments and venues. He’s been well traveled so good riding in cars, settling in loud environments and crate training. Raised with Puppy Culture protocols and highly socialized to people, places, things and grooming.

He’s 25 weeks old, so still needs consistency with his schedule and training but I have no doubt this guy will make an incredible pet and adventure buddy!

The youngest show pup of the weekend was Kronk! At 19 weeks old he’s FIRMLY in the puppy uglies, but was so happy and excited to be in the BPUP ring for the first time. Once all this puppy fur finishes falling out and the new coat grows back in he’ll be a force to be reckoned with!

Yesterday he won a BPUP Group 4 and today he won a BPUP Group 2 out of five beautiful toy puppies 😍

Starting off our weekend in Mobile with a bang, Versace took Best of Breed over a special from the 6-9 month class; winning her first points and a major under Judge Mrs. Molly Martin! This was her very first time in the ring, and she showed her little heart out. Versace also earned a few reserves throughout the weekend 🥰

I am very excited about this young girl’s future!

Cornbread had a checkup at the vet this week with his spectacular owner, who was kind enough to send me this lovely photo!

I absolutely love keeping up with my puppy homes and seeing how they grow and mature. I’m so proud of these two and the numerous adventures they’ve been on where Cornbread has been the friendliest, happiest guy😍

I’m wanted to share an update on Casserole! She passed her Puppy Education class this month with her lovely owner, Gianna.

Casserole was the most demure of the litter, so it is extra touching to me to see how much she flourishes under her owner’s care. They’re such a wonderful pair and I’m so thrilled they’re together! 🥰🥰🥰

Dr. Gravy reporting for duty!

I cannot say enough great things about my veterinary team at Pine Belt Veterinary Hospital and Kennel. They have always taken amazing care of my dogs whether it’s for reproductive work, orthopedic surgeries or just regular annual visits. It’s such a blessing to trust your vet team as much as I do 🥰

We’re officially 4 weeks old! Baby is slowly but surely earning her sea legs, and is starting to become more mobile. As a dramatic singleton, she does still expect Kelpie to cater to her every whim…and that’s quickly getting old.

She went on her first road trip this weekend and was the perfect baby. She weighed in at 11.35oz today and tried her first taste of puppy starter, which was a hit! Her ears are officially open, so noises are beginning to startle her.

Once she starts to get the hang of eating real food I’ll introduce different scents and sounds during feeding. We start with Birch as that is the first one you learn in scent work class.

She’s turning into a real dog now…let the fun begin!
