Sweet Adoptable Safin💗

This girl is ready to find her forever home! She is the full package! She has been exposed to kids, dogs and cats! This is what her foster has to say about her:

“Meet your new trail buddy and sunshine sidekick! This sweet girl is Colorado through and through — she loves soaking up the sun, stopping to smell the flowers, and going on long walks or hikes with her people.

She’s friendly, social, and full of joy — eager to say hello to every dog she meets. With her boundless energy and playful spirit, she thrives in active homes and would do great with another dog who loves to romp and play.

Smart and motivated, she loves brain games and puzzle toys — especially when there’s a tasty treat at the end. She’s food-driven, eager to learn, and highly trainable. Already potty trained and accident-free in the home, she’s off to a fantastic start.

She’s been around young children (ages 3+) and done well, making her a great fit for families. Safin has been exposed to everything the last month - off leash dog parks, long on-leash walks, breweries, kids, and even met a cat!
I think she’d love a dog sibling as she’s so playful, but also would be happy getting the human attention 24/7 🤣
I get a lot of comments about how she’s the perfect size!

Sam!

Sam is Frodo’s brother and is another gorgeous boy! He is almost 6 months old, neutered, up to date on vaccines and is an all round good boy like his brother!

This sweet boy is from a shelter in New Mexico. He was found abandoned in the desert with his brother, Frodo. We had fosters that said yes to taking them in so thankfully we could say yes to breaking them out of the shelter and bringing them to Colorado 🏔️

💕Pyrenees/collie mix (our best guess!)
💕 Neutered, up to date on vaccines
💕Loves kids
💕Does well with other dogs and cats (has both in his foster home)
💕Great cuddler
💕Loves long walks
💕Very smart and doing great with potty training.

Frodo!

Sweet boy Frodo is a “dreamboat” according to his current foster. He is almost 6 months old, neutered, up to date on vaccines and is an all round good boy 🫶

He needs a new foster, or better yet an adopter by August 3rd as his current foster was only a temporary offer so he could make transport.

This sweet boy is from a shelter in New Mexico. He was found abandoned in the desert with his brother, Sam (we’ll post him separately!) and now he has his chance at a happy ending. Could it be with you??

Finn is gone 💔 To say we are absolutely gutted, is an understatement.

Little Finn, you were too good for this world. I’m so sorry we could not save you. I’m so sorry you were born into this world on the cruel streets, having to fend for yourself as a puppy, only to succumb to parvo. We are just happy you didn’t die alone on the streets and knew love in your final moments.

This is truly the hardest part of rescue and the past few days have been a whirlwind and a nightmare.

Please be patient with response times and applications.

Constant back to back sadness recently makes it very hard to want to continue with such an uphill battle. Rest in peace, little one 😔

Zuri is also heading to Colorado on Saturday 8/2 and needs a foster or foster to adopt home.

Zuri is a 5 & 1/2 month old Labradoodle puppy coming to us from Texas where she was being rehomed because her owner was moving and couldn’t keep her.

She is such an adoptable little girl and would love an active home that can show her the joy of Colorado living ⛰️. Could that be with you?

Foster or Foster to Adopt needed!

Roux 🐶

Roux is a special boy that’s coming to us from a rescuer in Texas where he was found by a landlord abandoned by tenants. He is such a good boy we can’t imagine why someone could do such a thing! We have the opportunity to get him on a flight to CO this Saturday (8/2) and would love for him to find a home here! Here’s notes from his TX rescuer:

“Let me tell you about Roux — because he’s not just another dog looking for a home… he’s one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met.

Roux has this quiet, gentle magic about him. He’s so good with other dogs — big, small, old, young — and yes, also cats and children. I’ve seen him melt into a cuddle with a kitten, then turn around and happily romp around the yard with a pack of puppies. He adjusts to everyone’s energy, like he just gets them.
He loves to play in the yard, enjoys water time, adores toys and long walks.

🌟 Crate Trained
🌟 Leash Trained
🌟 Basic Commands
🌟 Loves all size dogs and cats
🌟 Adores children
⭐️ Great on car rides
⭐️ Neutered and fully vaccinated

He is very social so would love a doggy friend or the ability to play with other dogs regularly.

He’s is a very calm pup but has been with a 80 year old couple, cats, young kids and small dogs so he understands how to be gentle and is very affectionate.

$2 fundraising challenge!!

Can you please help? If just 505 of our 6300+ followers donated JUST $2 we could hit our goal for parvo baby Finn! Truly no amount is too small and it adds up!

Sweet baby parvo pup Finn is stable, and gosh he is such a sweetie pie🥺 He has left the ER and is having at home care with a parvo medical foster. One of our medical Fosters has helped save many of our parvo babies (Oakley, Lucky Clover, Biscuit, just to name a few!) 🩷

We have raised $980 so far and have a ways to go to clear his bill.

Due to us moving him into in-home care, we just need $3k total to clear his bill from when he was admitted.

This wasn’t an expense we were prepared for. Please help us help Finn.

‼️Emergency parvo case‼️Donations desperately needed to keep this boy alive. Please help! 😭 This wasn’t really the introduction post we wanted to share on our newest rescue, baby Finn💔

We went on a wild goose chase to pick up this sweet puppy from a post online who was threatening to let him loose in Houston 😓 Upon picking him up, we noticed Finn was not a happy, healthy puppy. We immediately knew something was wrong, and then saw blood in his stool - which is never a good sign.

We rushed him to the ER and sure enough, he is parvo positive 😭😭😭

Finn was admitted last night and is still critical. We are already at $2700 in ER fees for his treatment and the invoice is growing rapidly. We seldom do fundraisers for each pup because we don’t want to burden everyone and constantly beg for money, but we NEED your help right now!!!

Finn is fighting for his life in the ER right now and he needs us. To think he would’ve just succumbed to parvo on the streets all alone is honestly the most horrific thought ever.

No amount is too small and every dollar is appreciated.

💫 Adoption update - Lola

Who remembers this adorable little piglet 🐷?!

Lola came to us from a bad situation in Texas and a Good Samaritan saved her from backyard breeding. She was the sweetest little girl and deserved to be spoiled in a home! She received a ton of interest and applications but found the perfect home with a couple here in Colorado who had recently lost their English Bulldog to heart issues. They are well versed in the breed and all their quirks and potential issues and were ready to welcome a new bulldog into their home.

When they met Lola it was love at first sight! They welcomed her into their home earlier this year and she has been thriving. She has a work from home mom and is one spoilt pup! She loves playing with all her toys, snuggling with her parents and sunbathing outside. She is loved like she deserves!

Congrats Lola on finding your forever home! Thank you to her fosters who helped give her a safe place to settle in Texas and when she arrived here in Colorado - we can’t do this without people like you ❤️💕🫶

When your life starts off like this…but then turns into finding out your adopted, a warm bed to sleep, a backyard with all the toys, a big sibling brother by your side, all the belly rubs, and a family that will love you until the end of time🥹

Happy tails to sweet Honey girl who thanks to our friends over at allowed her another chance at life! The amazing work they do over on the other side of the world gives dogs like Honey a chance at the life that they deserve.

Meet Apollo 🐕

Apollo is a super sweet boy that didn’t have the best start to life. He was found abandoned on the streets of Cleveland, TX with his mom and sister. A kind rescuer took him in and has been caring for him but she is overwhelmed by the number of rescue dogs in her care and we would love to help her!

Apollo has the opportunity to come to Colorado on 8/2 and we would like to line up a foster or foster to adopt situation for him.
