This is an herbal formula created to treat FIP in felines. An affordable and natural option. Both versions amongst the four, wet and dry.

I operated a cat sanctuary for many years, caring for cats with all types of health issues. I worked closely with a couple of local veterinarians and learned a lot about feline illnesses and how to treat them. Never did I come across anything as terrible as FIP until there was a litter of kittens born in which most showed signs of illness at about 12 weeks of age. After going to the emergency vet

and spending thousands of dollars, they ended up being euthanized. Even the veterinarians at a vet school, could not differentiate FIP from an upper respiratory infection. About six months later, after treating four other cats for upper respiratory infections with no response to antibiotics, it was determined that they too had FIP. I was not about to lose another pet to this treacherous disease, so I started researching. I first started with how the virus attacks the body. Then what is most important for organ support. The virus does lower blood sugar which will make the cat lethargic and show a loss of appetite, then the liver is attacked and is usually where the animal will start with organ shutdown. The belly and/or lungs will fill with fluid which may need to be drained by a veterinarian if it is too bad. I had a cat put down whose only issue was fluid in the lungs, she was otherwise fine, and I wish I had known more at the time. Thus why I created this formula. Bakakuna is designed to stimulate the appetite of a cat so that they can keep up the blood sugar levels and hydration. Then there is an ingredient to support the liver so that toxins are filtered out. There are several ingredients added to reduce inflammation, especially in the stomach. As this is all occurring, the virus is being stopped from replicating so that it cannot spread further into the body and create more damage. There are also several ingredients added to fight the coronavirus specifically. As you can see, there has been much research and time put into the development of this formula. With each purchase, there is information about the function of all of the ingredients.
