Una’s litter is officially full! At this time, I can take 1 MORE RESERVATION on Avalon’s litter. If Avalon has more pups than I’m expecting, I may be able to open another spot. Story and Gavin had their heart, patellas, hips and elbows checked today. 🩺🩻 Their cardiac and patella exams were great! Perfect! Results for their hips and elbows should arrive within about 2 weeks from OFA. On the way home, they cuddled up together. I don’t know if it was because they bonded during their day at the vet…or if it’s love at first sight…but these cuties could not have looked more adorable snuggling together if they tried! At 6 months, Gavin is about 11.5 lbs and at 10 months, Story is a fraction under 13 lbs. I had originally thought that she was going to weigh around 18-20 lbs but I’m adjusting that to be more like 14-17 lbs. I’m IN LOVE with her size because, assuming her health tests come back all clear, she’ll be a wonderful size to pair with either/both Camper (19 lbs) AND Gavin! 🥰 These two are the sweetest kiddos! ☀️❤️

Una is here! Our sweet girl is getting settled in and she’s already spending time cuddling with her daughter, Navy! 🥰 She had her puppy count xray confirming that I can’t take any more reservations on her litter!! If you’re interested in a summer puppy, RESERVE NOW for Avalon’s litter (who will be Una’s grandchildren). I can only take 1-2 more reservations on Avvy’s litter and then our next availability won’t be going home until fall! ☀️❤️

📌 HEAT ALERT! 📌 According to Avalon’s mom, “Hard launch on social is a big deal. Insta official makes it realz!” 🤪 I guess that’s what I did yesterday when I posted about my projections for upcoming litters!! Our Avalon Sage is in heat! We’re going to have early summer baby Avalons! 🥰🥰 I spent a lot of time tonight with Avvy’s family going over “what to expect when you’re expecting.” 😉 Over the next few days, we’ll be creating our breeding plan and, very importantly, figuring out little darling’s upcoming grooming schedule! Priorities. 🤣 There’s so much that happens behind the scenes to make a litter happen but we’re ready. Avalon’s pups will be about 11-16 lbs or so. I have limited availability on her list. Let’s do this, Avalon! ☀️❤️

Gavin and Rowyn showed up for business. 😐 Sedona was ready for a rave! 🥳 All 3 did great at the ophthalmologist! 👀 We worked on training while their eyes dilated and they were great (and cuddly!) for their exams. THANK YOU to our eye doctor who saw us today, even though we showed up a month early for our appointment! 🤣🤦‍♀️🤣 Oops! Well, at least these exams are done and dusted. ☀️❤️

Look at the beautiful 🌷 blossom that I got to see today for her pre-whelp grooming! Una! As usual, Una was happy, sweet and cuddly! I took a good look at her belly. I don’t completely remember how she looked at this point in her first pregnancy but I do think she’s looking larger than she looked during her second pregnancy. 🤰 I take a guess at how many puppies there are before each puppy count xray 🩻 and I’m locking my prediction in at 5. I’m getting so excited to meet these babies! Only a handful of days to go before Una and Fryler’s micro minis make their big debut! PS, Una…I know you don’t really listen to my requests but if you want to deliver 1 day early, that’s fine with me!!! ☀️❤️

I can’t get enough of Navy’s comical personality! 🥰 She’s a breeding prospect for our program and I’m seeking a great guardian family for her. Guardian families receive a pick-of-the-litter dog at no up front cost and we retain breeding rights. At the end of the breeding term, the dog is spayed or neutered at SHD’s expense and lives with the family forever!! This is an amazing opportunity for people looking for an older pup (10 months old) who is housebroken, crate trained, microchipped, fully vaccinated, sleeping through the night, and MORE! Navy is 8.5 lbs now and will probably max out at 9-9.5 lbs. She’s a tiny little gem with the most fabulous qualities! Sedona is street legal! 😂 Baby girl weighs just about 8 lbs now. I think she’s going to mature to about 15-16 lbs or so. Sedona officially completed all her puppy 💉 vaccinations and is good to go on routine vet visits until March of 2026! ☺️ Before then, though, she’ll finish her health testing with our ophthalmologist and reproductive vet. Her eye check 👀 is actually on Wednesday! Sedona is doing so GREAT. She’s making strides with her training and is even starting to practice some exercises from the next class! Go Sedona! ☀️❤️

I’m SO excited for more Una/Fryler babies! I’m expecting them to arrive in another week-ISH. There’s a big emphasis on the -ISH because there isn’t any way for me to get a 📆 calendar to them. 😉 These photos are of our first two Una/Fryler litters, and . Both photos were taken on the day the pups were born. 🥰 Any guesses about what this new litter’s theme is going to be??? Una/Fryler pups are historically really small. I believe their adult weights range from about 7 lbs (tiny!) to about 14.5 lbs. No Una/Fryler pup has ever crossed the 15 lb mark. I can’t wait to meet more of their tiny munchkins. You are so loved already, my darling miracles! ☀️❤️

Gavin is 6 months old and currently weighs just over 11 lbs. I expect he’ll mature to about 15 lbs of sweetness! Seeing my babies exposed to age-appropriate socialization and experiences from an early age will always bring me joy. Summer (Chocolate from 🌹💚 ), 10 weeks old, is already at the soccer field in a safe and secure way for her age, participating in events as an important member of her family! During this critical imprinting period, Summer is learning soooo much! Her life-long perception of the world is being shaped NOW! Great job! ☀️❤️
