This customer had a difficult situation with her horse box, her light plug fell out causing none of the lights to work ❗️
She works long, hard hours so the option to drop it off to us for repairs, to our house, is welcomed 🥰

Also, had she not taken the ‘I didn’t want to bother you’ approach, this problem could have been fixed in our Inverness Depot en-route to her show last weekend!

When you buy from us, it doesn’t end there. We have your back through thick and thin - 24:7 as standard 🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

I’ve been away with work over the last week and really busy, not getting home until 1am on Friday morning then setting off down the road with cookie on Friday morning for a weekend of competing 🐴

Meet Abi - Abi was kindly fostered and then went on to find her home for life.
Abi came to us for a nice little wash and even let us clean her ears, the ultimate super star 🌟 🥰

As I said, over here we are more than just a business, we reach out to local rescues and fosters and help where we can 🥰
This is not something I’ve ever previously wrote about but every nail trim we do, is going in to a pot and towards Christmas we will hand over the money to local rescues to help with the cost of food, toys and anything else our little friends might be in need of. 🥰🐾

Due to a power cut, I’m really sorry but all appointments today are going to have to be rescheduled. They have estimated the power to come back on at 23:00, if anything changes I will update people accordingly.

This little cutie turned 16 years old this week and you would never know it!!🥺🩵🩵

I hope I’ve replied to everyone, if not just give me a nudge 😆

Just a gentle reminder I am fully booked for March and I cannot take any more bookings.

If you message me a day or so after your dog has been groomed I’m happy to book them in for their next appointment and it avoids disappointment if I’m fully booked 🐶 ☺️ (I would automatically rebook but my memory is terrible 🫣😆)
