Rescue centre for cats and dogs. At our Centre in Eglinton Co.

Derry/Londonderry NI we have space for approximately 15 dogs and 40 cats as well as working alongside foster families. Our cats and dogs are neutered, micro-chipped and have up to date worm, flea treatments and vaccinations (dogs also have a kennel cough vaccination). It is thanks to our caring staff and volunteers and the generosity of our supporters that we continue to find loving homes for the

cats and dogs that needed our help.

1 of 5 cats left at at Whitehouse Vets by their owner to be PTS. 😔

The clinic found homes for 2 and we welcomed
SOCKET, her mother WILLOW and sister PODGE into our care.

SOCKET was born with 1 eye.....

✅️ Very timid
✅️ Gentle
✅️ Curious
✅ ️Playful

She's a timid little cat who will tun away with worry when you approach her, however she will let us pet her when she chilling in her bed. 🐱💤🛏

This behaviour is mostly liking caused by our busy noisy centre environment.

In the right home she will blossom...

in Beraghvale and they were only days old when they all came into our care. 😔

ONYX came into our care because her family thought she deserved a home that could meet her needs.

PERSONALITY:
ONYX is a beautiful dog. 🐶😍

She's .....

✔️ Super friendly

✔️ Bubbly

✔️ Playful

She is intinally excitable going out for walks but then settles down and walks well on lead.

She knows her basic commands. 😤

She loves her food, so training is good craic. 🤩

She gets over excited when meeting new people and jumps up - we're working on her training with this but will need to continue in the home.

*Onyx is VERY playful around other dogs, so she would be best suited to a home with a dog that matches, or can manage, her energy.
