It’s been a while since I have made a post on here, but a lot has happened this past year. It’s probably too much to go over, but as far as mustangs, I only bought two last year. One wild yearling and one gentled yearling. The wild one was tag #8061 , now called Nemo. He is a grey gelding from Twin Peaks, California. He knows all the basics and is now just growing up until I start him later this year. The gentled gelding was purchased from the Wild Horse Youth Challenge auction. I had no intention of buying anything, I was just there to watch. Thanks to some bad influences, I last minute got a bidders number and won a cute little red roan. He is named Mater, and he is also from Twin Peaks, California. He is mainly going to be my brothers project for this upcoming year.
With the news of the Hutchinson Mustang Facility closing soon, I wanted to get out there and pick up a few for the new Mustang shows that are coming about. So meet tag #1013 and tag #6701!
Tag #1013 is a 4 year old grey gelding that stands about 13.2h and is from Piceance East Douglas Creek, Colorado. I have never had a horse from CO, but so far he has been really cool and has a very bubbly personality. I plan on competing in the Branded Bonanza Missouri that happens in October. He will be competing undersaddle. He may also compete in the EXCA New Mustang Division that is also in October. He will need a name that starts with O!
Tag #6701 is a coming 4 year old chestnut gelding that stands about 13.1h and is from Pancake, Nevada. He was super friendly in the pens and has been super friendly since getting home. He will be a personal project in hopes to become a pretty cool kids pony in the future. He will need a name that starts with P!
Open to name suggestions for both new boys!
