An in-vitro study. Interesting, but so many factors need taking into account! I also don't see how you would use it in practice in dogs with sore ears. You'd need some sort of 'wand' type thing to stick down the ear. May be the future but I suspect we have a long way to go just yet!

Interesting! I've not used fluconazole.
In a nutshell fluconazole at 5mg/kg or 10mg/kg is as effective as itraconazole 5mg/kg in Malassezia dermatitis
