Chase had a good time judging the Chariton County rabbit show this evening. It’s always fun watching him on the other side of the table!

This morning was the Pettis County Jr Livestock Show at the Missouri State Fairgrounds. Chase had a great show winning Best in Show with his mini rex buck BH Fancy Boy and Reserve in Show with his rex doe BH Sassy! Chase also won Senior Showmanship.

BH Fancy Boy is the grandson of BH Fancy, who was the Mo 2023 youth rabbit of the year and won the 2023 Pettis County Junior Livestock Show.
BH Sassy’s littermates to BH Senorita, the rex doe who won FFA Districts earlier this week.

🎉BH Señorita won Grand Champion Rabbit today at the Central District FFA Fair in Marshall.
There were a lot of rabbits entered this year and it was exciting to see so many FFA members choosing to exhibit rabbits!

Today the Show Me Mini Rex Club hosted its first Summer Spectacular fun show. Chase got BOB with BH Chelsea and won the Best Producer Award with BH Chelsea and BH Right on Time (Best Producer was awarded to 2 rabbits who shared a parent- these 2 girls are littermates).
What’s better than an afternoon with great food, great friends, great rabbits and a great judge?

Chase had a fun evening judging at the Dallas County Fair & JR Livestock Show in Buffalo. It was exciting seeing him on the other side of the table! He will be making his rounds this summer judging several county shows.

Today we headed to El Dorado, KS to attend the Sunflower RBA Summertime Show.
This was Chase’s last youth show and he also decided to put a few rabbits in open. He had an amazing day, bringing home 2 BIS!!
It was a good end to the Spring show season and we had an amazing time seeing all our friends.

We headed out early this morning to the South Central Iowa RBA double show in Colfax. In Show A mini rex Chase won BOB with BH Fancy Girl and in Show B BOS with BH Miller. He showed rex in open and picked up BOB both shows with BH Señorita.
Not many photos were taken and there wasnt time to get BOB photos.
We had a fun time showing with some of our Missouri favorites and Iowa exhibitors we don’t get to show with often enough.
The 7 newly tattoed crew did a great job!

Yesterday Chase participated in his last FFA barnyard day. He brought 2 Mini Rex and 1 New Zealand. The kids enjoyed feeling the fur!

Chase has had a busy week! He attended his last FFA Banquet and graduated!
He was disappointed he had to miss one of his favorite Missouri rabbit shows yesterday in Carthage, but attending his graduation was kind of important (even though he tried to figure out how to do both…. He would have rather been at the show!)
Congratulations to Chase! He will begin the process that leads to becoming and ARBA judge soon and is taking steps to become a feed distributor in our area.

Chase had a great day showing yesterday at the Picnic Double Show in Sedalia.
The mini rex and rex both did well! Show A mini rex BOB was BHRC and BOS was BH Little Bear. Show A Rex BOB was BH Carlie. Show B mini Rex BOB was BH Rendezvous, who went on to win BIS, with BH Rocky BOS. Show B Rex BOB was BH Spicy.
Grandma rabbit was off coaching at Track & Field Districts, so not many photos were taken.
BH Rita, who lives with her Aunt Jenna, won open BIS A!
BH Rendezvous and BH Rita are littermates out of BH Ruby and BH Otis fall litter.
Thank you to Amanda Haas for organizing a senior celebration for the Missouri seniors!
The guys had an amazing time at the show! Congratulations to all our friends on their wins!!!
