Delicious and easy to make!

Dutch Baby recipe:

6 eggs
2 cups sourdough starter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
5 Tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 425
Put butter in your cast iron and place it in the oven to melt. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Once the butter is melted, pour your batter into the hot cast iron and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

I added some sliced apples and cinnamon to the mix to just to add a little extra texture.
