Happy Mental Health day! The last few years have been incredibly hard for so many different reasons. Sometimes you may not know what someone is going through, Mental health is NOT aways visible. Ask your friends and family how they are doing, But make sure to not just ask but also Listen.

Kai had a great adventure at Howard Miller Steelhead State Park this weekend in Rockport, WA🌲
This was a great campground for the dogs! It is well maintained with great trails. The spots are pretty open to one another but we didn’t mind since we got to be right next to the river!

ALLERGY SEASON! Kai has super bad seasonal allergies, he also is super picky! We finally found a solution that helps us all! He loves his pupsicles so we decided to get him allergy meds in powder form! We just sprinkle 1/4 daily serving per treat and then he gets two AM/PM!
