🎉VICTORY🎉

The USDA has announced it will END the use of "teachable moments” as of August 1, 2022. TMs were used to obscure findings during inspections at puppy mills, labs, and other licensed operations. USDA inspectors will now be required to document ALL violations on public inspection reports. Thank you to all the advocates who urged USDA to be transparent. TY Appropriators - especially Chairman Congressman Sanford Bishop & other legislators for directing end TMs! 🙌
