This heat needs to go away fans are on continously just to have air flow in the barn and lights are off to reduce heat so I definitely wont be breeding for a few months.

Feels great to get trays cleaned ahead of schedule considering we leave for vacation Tuesday morning. Bunnies are happy and babies are growing great 😊

Bred 10 does tonight and got all my pedigrees up to date including printing along with inputting some past data that I was slacking on. Now to figure out entries for the Shipshewana show.

Join the Michigan Netherland Dwarf Club (MNDC) for its silent auction of Netherland Dwarf Rabbits from some of the top youth and adult breeders in Michigan. The Auction will take place at the Michigan State Rabbit Breeders Association (MSRBA) Annual Convention at the MSU Livestock Pavilion February 28, 2026.

Stop by to view the ‘Gem of the Fancy’ and get your name and bid on the silent auction sheet! Review available rabbits posted on the web site this week and see more at the show itself, as well as additional raffle items! Bids are due by 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2026 with the raffle to follow.

Club gear will also be available for pre-order during the Shows, Auction and Raffle.

Was able to get the barn and cages cleaned out since it was halfway decent temperature today. Will finish the last couple things on Sunday along with getting does moved around so they can settle in to bigger cages before kindling.

Michigan winter weather is super annoying when you need to clean cages out and your manure trailer is filled with snow 🤦‍♀️
