395 Forest Cir. Using an Urgent Care model for our walk-ins allows us to see a wide variety of cases in a short amount of time. The wait times can vary though. For this reason, we now offer appointments at our Johnson City location o

n Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am until 4 pm. We also offer appointments at our Jonesborough location on Fridays. For those seeking a face-to-face traditional interaction with the veterinarian, appointments are our best option. At both locations, we offer comprehensive in-house diagnostics, including bloodwork, urinalysis, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and a large pharmacy. And we don’t just treat traditional pets! We routinely see exotics and some small farm animals at our Johnson City clinic and provide holistic treatments like laser therapy. We also provide routine and more complex soft tissue surgeries by appointment at our Jonesborough clinic.

📣 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣
We will now be able to accommodate walk-in visits at our Johnson City office on Mondays, too! Our walk-in hours will be Monday - Saturday from 10AM - 4PM to better accommodate our clients & patients!

Our Jonesborough office hours will remain as they are now, Tuesday - Friday by appointment only, but we will also be able to provide many more appointment slots and surgical appointments with the addition of the fabulous Dr. Dyson to our team!

We are thrilled to announce that our All Tails team is growing! We are so excited to introduce you to our newest addition, Dr. Sarah Dyson! She will be joining our team next Tuesday and will be providing availability for appointments, walk-ins and surgical procedures! 🎉 Dr. Dyson is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, but now she calls Tennessee home. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and is a 2008 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. Dr. Dyson worked for several years in Knoxville, Tennessee, before moving to the Tri-Cities where she has worked ever since. Her professional interests include small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, emergency medicine, and dentistry. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys knitting/crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family, which includes a Brady Bunch pack of dogs, a cat, ball pythons, freshwater fish and snails, and a jumping spider.
With the addition of Dr. Dyson, we will have more availability for appointments and surgeries!

✨In anticipation of the 4th of July, we want to remind you to microchip your pets and check their chips regularly! July 4th is the most common day for dogs to go missing every year due to the loud sounds of fireworks, and microchips are a great way to ensure your pet makes it home safely in case of emergency!
✨Microchips are scanned and must be registered online to attach your information to your pet so you can be reached in the event that you pet is found!
✨We are happy to scan for microchips of found pets or your own animals to ensure their chips are functional and registered for no charge! Call our office at 423-283-8555 for more information!
