🚨 URGENT: Snoopy Needs Surgery! 🚨
We just pulled Snoopy, a 2‑year‑old Shih Tzu, from BARC. His left eye is severely damaged and must be removed ASAP. 💔

On top of his injury, Snoopy is terrified — screaming, thrashing, and panicking whenever a leash tightens. He’s been through so much, but he still wags his tail when you talk sweetly to him. ❤️

His surgery and recovery will cost about $1,000. Please help us give Snoopy a pain‑free, love‑filled future. 🐾

Remember the tiny girl we pulled from BARC last week? Sadie 5. She went to our vet to be spayed. The next day, we went to give her her meds and she SCREAMED in pain. knowing this was not normal, we called the clinic and asked if we could bring her back in for some diagnostics. they agreed and at closing on Friday, they stayed late so we could get this girl relaxed enough to get some x-rays.
I've circled the area of concern. This is known as 'vertebrae collapse' or spondylitis.
She may have suffered trauma, or it may have been genetic. No way to really know. But being handled, vaccinated, and her spay surgery clearly aggravated it and caused her excruciating pain. She's been on SOLID crate rest and heavy pain management for 5 days and is feeling so much better!!!
Northwest Animal Hospital took EXCELLENT care of her.
However, that did not come cheap. We still need funds to help pay her bills.

only a VERY special person can adopt Toby. Toby has his wires crossed. He growls even when he doesn't mean it. He prefers men, but can love a lady too. He's a bed buddy, loves toys and a food hog. Toby should go to an ONLY dog home
