UPDATE
As you may know we are currently faced with one of the biggest pandemics the world has known, the Coronavirus. The Coronavirus has impacted many businesses, especially smaller businesses.
As a small business we are faced with flight issues as our products come from our distribution centres in America and China. Flights have been delayed and stopped as you may have seen across the news due to the outbreak. Also courier services are being delayed and in some cases stopped because workers are being told to isolate.
Here are a few points to clarify with some of the questions being asked:
- As you may know our delivery times are between 2-4 weeks and since the outbreak, this has varied with a lot of our customers receiving their products around the 2-3 weeks mark.
- We can reassure you that everyone will receive their products if they are waiting.
- If you are one of the few that has been waiting over the 4 week period then we ask to please be patient during these times, as your product will be with you shortly.
- If you are one of the few that has been waiting over our 4 -week guideline then we can offer you a discount on a future purchase if you decide to shop with us again, this is our way of apologising.
- Our refund policy still stands and will be extended to ensure that everyone has the equal right to a refund or exchange (30 day period). Please note that this does not include sale items.
- We are currently working on adjusting the automated review email which a lot of customers have received prematurely.
- If you would like an order update, please contact us via email or our social media platforms, we have had instances that customers have tried to get an update via the automated review email and we have not received these.
