We are ISO a horse facility! ❤️
Ideally would be a lease to own, but could be a rental situation. Could be with or without housing.
MUST be near the Grants Pass Area.
Would like room to house 10+ horses, some pasture/turnout area, and an arena or space for one.
My daughter and I work together on horses, with a small breeding program and training our own. Will take in some outside horses to train and board to help compensate for the expenses.
I am a long time horse advocate and have spent a lot of time promoting the care and well being working closely with equine vets, dentist and chiropractor for general care, maintenance and rehab situations owning my own therapy business for the past 7 years, and currently expanding that with more programs and educational training.
I would like to be able to offer live in rehabilitation so the horse could stay with me for care and recovery. The property would need to be accessible to the public.
Would love to find a facility that hasn’t been used for a while that we could bring back to life!
Hoping to purchase in the next 2 years with money down.

💥Blast of Blue - this sweet girl has a very kind demeanor she passes to her foals! Brown, very dark mare standing about 14.3. Some really nice older bloodlines that cross well on new lines, and proven to cross well on Judge Cash, with siblings that have set records and are consistently in the 1D.
