I will slowly be trickling in updates from the recent show we attended. I have been photographing our local Island Dog Show Circuit, and it has consumed most of my week.

At the CRDFS, we entered Fogel on Saturday and Sunday for his second time showing! By the time we went in for the third round in the limited sporting dog show, he was rocking it and went winners Male for his first Major. We are excited to show him more in the fall and winter.

Eight weeks! It was yesterday, not too late. It's been a hectic week, fitting in temperament tests, veterinary visits, and evaluations. All while attending a dog show and being the official show photographer for nine days in a row.

They are growing so fast, and I’m so pleased with them. However, I'm sad to see them go to their home. They’re wonderful homes, but its always a little bittersweet.

7 weeks! They’ve turned into little chaos gremlins.

Chaotic, chewing, digging, snuggling, escaping, nomming, playful and fluffy gremlins.

Julep wants to just do. When working with Mimosa doesn't go well, she says, ‘I’ll do the thing, pick me again!’ She's in the pool, over the tunnel, up on the deck, and making herself at home in the house.

Mojito is a playful and cheeky boy. He loved the duck wing and thought packing it around was pretty great. He’s the first to seek sleepy time while everyone plays and then wants attention once everyone else is asleep.

Mimosa is the first to run right to me when I say ‘puppy, puppy, puppy’. She's super playful and sassy and loves to hang around people and get attention. But don’t even think about trying to adjust her feet or lure her into a stack. It’s suspicious, and she doesn't like it.

Cosmo saw me call ‘puppy puppy puppy’ today play bowed and zoomed away and then when I lost him in the bushes he popped up behind me and was like ‘I’m here!’ Goof. If you sit on the ground he will come over for snuggles and kisses. Loves to pack toys around, and loves toy play.

How has it already been one week?! The Happy Hour litter turned 1 week old yesterday. Everyone's doubled their weight, and looking nice and robust. Even caught Julep trying to walk today. I took these photos mid-week, but they're too precious not to share.

“Cinder” Ch Outfox Find Your Fire, WC
MARCH 1 2022-JULY 2 2024

We are devastated by the sudden and tragic loss of our Cinder, Cinnybun, Cici.
It is difficult to find words.
The puppy I didn’t want quickly grew her spot in my heart and to lose her so young is truly pain like we have never felt.
This sweet girl brought nothing but calm joy to those that knew her and was known as the “golden child”; the easygoing, happygolucky pup we could take anywhere and who loved everyone, no questions asked. She was sweet, sneaky, and so so smart.
She shone brightly on the field and in the conformation ring alike: our youngest dog to earn both her WC and championship, and our first best baby puppy in show!
I will miss her honey brown eyes, sweet cinnamon bun snuggles, and the weight of her head on my chest for the rest of my nights.
We love you so much, Cinny. 🤍
