Did you know that 1 in 3 mouthful of food exists because of bee pollination? Bees are crucial to the global supply of food - in fact, in 2008, bees were declared the most important species on the planet!

In honor of we wanted to showcase Project Hive Pet Toys made by Project Hive Pet Company.

This American company makes woof-worthy durable dog toys and treats that help save the bees!

1% of every purchase goes to planting wildflowers to help support the natural habitat of bees. Working with organizations like the Bee and Butterfly Habitat Fund and the Canadian Honey Council, Project Hive Pet Company strives to establish 50 million square feet of wildflowers habitat within the next 3 years!

Bees are vital pollinators for a healthy ecosystem and earth overall.This April, let's create a haven for our buzzing friends by transforming our yards into bee-friendly gardens!

Here are some tips to get you started:
Choose bee-friendly blooms 🌺
Opt for flowers rich in nectar and pollen, like sunflowers, lavender, asters, coneflowers, poppies, and herbs like rosemary and mint. Aim for a variety of colors and bloom times to provide a year-round buffet for bees.

Plant native species 🌾
