I'm trying to get back to my long range meal planning, because it makes my life and my brain so much easier in a lot of ways. Thought I'd share in case this helps you too.
I know a long while back, I was on an ok streak of making monthly ones and sending them via newsletter. That's not in my capacity right now, but this simple share is... so here you go.
I hope it helps you, even if it saves you from a little decision fatigue.
Gemini (Google's AI) actually helped me with this one. It came up with the 6 dinners x 2 weeks pretty quickly. I did 6 meals cuz my breakfast never changes, lunches are always leftovers, and Tuesdays are always tacos. Here is the prompt I entered: "can you help me with a simple meal plan, using, beef that's not ground, pork, chicken, fish & shrimp, with sides, that is keto themed, but no dairy? I would like 6 dinners each for two weeks please"
[These are GF, DF and keto-oriented because that's what my current focus is, due to trying to manage my autoimmune issues. Which, this plan seems to be working for me. You can easily add a grain or carb/starch of any sort, as well as cheese/dairy to any of these recipes, too. I gladly would add cheese in a heartbeat, if my body didn't hate me at this particular moment in time 🫠🙃]
