We encourage everyone to visit Prevent Pet Suffocation! It's really opened our eyes to the risk of suffocation that chip bags and other food waste products posed to our pets. The stories are heartbreaking! A tiny bit of extra effort when disposing of food waste products can be life-saving for the pets we love.

Multi dog homes- don’t forget to give each dog their own training time. Training them together is great too, but they need that one on one!

Even though we focus on dogs, these are the two female cats still looking for homes (currently fostered by Taylor) Both are fixed and have their rabies vaccination

Shiba: ~3-4 year old black and white. Shy but very sweet, she was found as a stray with her litter of kittens, all of which have since found homes! She takes a minute to warm up but once she does, she loves attention. She does NOT like dogs

Misty: ~1 year old tabby medium coat. Found as a stray, she took awhile to be comfortable but she has turned into one of the sweetest and most playful cats. She doesn’t care about dogs, she just does her own thing.

If you’re interested in either of these girls please either message the page or Taylor Cavallo!!

Update: Safe! We have until Friday, please share.

Kind of incredibly interesting… the photo on the left was AI created by a researcher using measurements/details of an ancient skull from Latin America… the two pictures on the right are Orca!! Clearly thousands of years of type are shown here!

Urgent—- TIMESTAMPED 10/11/24
Would anyone be willing to foster or even adopt a dog with some resource guarding issues? He is only around a year old they think, Was found wandering the streets a few months ago and the finders don’t feel comfortable keeping him with their kids and his guarding, and with the shelters full they have scheduled him for euthanasia Friday 10/11/24. I haven’t had the chance to meet or evaluate the dog and am currently not able to foster. Please let me know if you’re interested in giving this boy one more chance!

Blind does not mean boring!

Digger is still looking for a comfy place to rest his head. Don’t count him out for hikes and trail walks- he loves to be included in anything! So far he even loves the water, im hoping the weather allows me to take him swimming soon.

Digger has a great recall for someone that can’t even see you, can keep up pretty well with the young dogs, and gets along great with other dogs! He is making great progress with his weight loss, and has even started doing light drag work to build his rear muscles.

If you think Digger could fit into your life please send me a message 😊
