🚨 Emergency Rescue in Ridley – 25+ Cats in Urgent Need! 🚨

We received a call about a rapidly growing feral cat colony in Ridley. Yesterday, we responded and were able to safely remove 8 kittens who were old enough to eat on their own. All of them were infested with fleas and were examined by our vet within the hour.

This is just the beginning—we estimate 25+ cats total on the property. We plan to return with traps to TNR (trap-neuter-return) the adults and assess any social cats for adoption. So far, we haven’t met a friendly one—but we’re hopeful.

Bonded by Bravery 💛🐾

Simon (formerly Spooky) and Marnie (formerly Arnery) are already beginning to bond in their forever home! Marnie moved in Wednesday morning, and Simon couldn’t wait to meet his new best friend.

Simon came to us as an owner surrender after breaking his front leg. Sadly, the injury was too old and severe to repair, so we made the difficult decision to amputate. Despite everything, Simon remained a sweet, outgoing boy — and his dad knew he deserved a friend.

That’s when Marnie came into the picture. She was brought in by animal control as a stray, and once sedated, it was discovered that her hind leg was broken as well. Her injury was also left too long to repair. Like Simon, she underwent an amputation.

Now, these two resilient tripod kitties are getting to know each other — and we couldn’t be more grateful for adopters who see beyond disability and choose to love unconditionally. 💛

Despite being deaf, Delinda is absolutely mesmerized by her Cat TV sessions — proof that the heart knows what it loves, even without sound. 🐦🐿️✨

🚨TRIGGER WARNING! BLOOD SHOWN IN A MEDICAL ENVIRONMENT!🚨

Meet Fi, our 1.5-year-old rescue cat who just donated blood to help save the life of another cat in need—Fin. 🩸💪

Fi’s story started in heartbreak: he was abandoned in a dog crate with his pregnant mom and two siblings. But today, this healthy, vaccinated, and sweet-tempered boy is not just surviving—he’s saving lives.

Because of his gentle nature, strong weight, and clean bill of health, Fi was the perfect candidate to become a life-saving blood donor. His donation gave Fin a fighting chance. 💙

We’re sending all our love and healing thoughts to Fin for a fast and full recovery. 🐾💕

But this hero’s story isn’t over—Fi is still looking for a forever home! 🏡

Little Scrappy Needs Your Support 💔

Sweet Scrappy was rescued from a dumpster, fighting a severe upper respiratory infection. While the infection resolved, she continued struggling to breathe. On Thursday, her condition became critical, and she was rushed in for emergency care. 🏥

Veterinarians discovered and removed a massive polyp from her airway—an especially dangerous situation given that Scrappy only weighs 1.5 lbs. To put it into perspective, the polyp was nearly the size of her entire airway. 😢

While we had hoped this would bring relief, her condition worsened over the weekend, and she is now hospitalized again.

Please keep this tiny fighter in your thoughts. 💛 If you’re able, donations toward her medical care would mean the world. Every little bit helps us continue to fight for Scrappy and others like her.

Busy Weekend at the Rescue 💕

We are so incredibly grateful for foster parents like Delinda (aka Sirens). 💗

Sirens has recently started going into kidney failure, and she deserves nothing less than a soft, loving place to rest her head—without the stress of adoption events or frequent changes. Thanks to her foster mother’s huge heart, she now has exactly that. 🏡

Before she left, we made sure she was fully set up with a cozy new bed, food and water bowls, a fresh water fountain, all her medications and special foods—and of course, her favorite toys. 🎁

Here she is, soaking up the love in her new foster home. We couldn’t ask for more. 💫

This week has been a tough one. 💔
We lost another precious kitten — a tiny soul we rescued from the shelter, severely underweight and struggling to eat. We suspect an upper respiratory infection and competition with his littermates may have left him too weak. Despite our very best efforts and love, he passed peacefully overnight.

Losses like these never get easier. Every kitten we rescue becomes part of our hearts, and saying goodbye is devastating.

But in the midst of heartbreak, we hold on to hope.
We were able to pull his brother, too — who came to us with a badly ulcerated eye. Thanks to quick medical care and lots of love, his eye is healing beautifully, and he’s thriving! He’s soaking up every ounce of attention from his foster sister (his little human best friend). 🐾❤️

This work is never easy. But every life we touch matters. Thank you for standing by us — through the heartbreak and the healing.

🚨 UPDATE on the Abandoned Vet Cats 🚨

Meet Patch and Pebbles — the sweetest duo who were heartbreakingly abandoned at a local vet office over the weekend.

We’ve given them names and a fresh start. Patch, named for his adorable little soul patch, is a gentle young boy who just wants love. Pebbles is his equally sweet sister, and they’re both likely under a year old.

💉 Patch was neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV yesterday.
🩺 Pebbles is scheduled to be spayed tomorrow!

They are currently still stuck at the vet — but this is not a place for them to stay long-term. The longer they remain there, the higher their risk of getting sick and becoming extremely stressed. They need a quiet, loving home to decompress in — even if just temporarily.

👉 They do not need to stay together — we’re happy to place them separately if it helps them find safe spots faster!

We are desperately searching for fosters or adopters for these sweethearts. Please, help us get them out of the vet and into safety. 💔
