Foster dogs looking for their forever homes

Trooper is still looking for his forever family. He is adjusting quite well to our family. He loves to go for walks, but is also content to lounge around. He is potty trained and has only had a few accidents in the time we have had him. Does not bark very often. When we take him on walks, he does great. He does not chase other dogs or bark at others. He is a generally easy-going guy and a good companion.

Areas as we are still working on : he can get the zoomies when he gets excited with play intends to be a little mouthy with play. He does like shoes… I have lost a few.😭 ….. but that can be redirected with toys /bones

Trooper is so much fun. He continues to do great all around. Every morning he joins my husband when he is stretching and seems to be trying to do the poses😂

Sunday morning walk! Trooper continues to do great. He has mastered the stairs. Doing great with potty training (only 1 accident!) and is the perfect mixture of energy and chill.

Trooper is adjusting so well! We are at zero accidents and he appears to be potty-trained. He has a lot of energy but he also loves to lounge and relax and he has not been getting in any mischief. He loves to cuddle!!!! He does pretty good on walks (can be distracted but not chasing cars/dogs/people). The most interesting issue is that Trooper is not a fan of stairs. He will do porch steps without issue but has a real fear of stairs leading to different levels of the house. We have tried every trick we know…. And he is not interested in conquering that fear right now. Trooper is amazing and is going to make an amazing member of someone’s family!

Meet Trooper!! He just got here and is full of energy , but can sit when asked and walked well on our first walk. I will post more as we get to know him!

Ta**us has found her forever home! She is going to have a great life❤️❤️❤️

Meet Ta**us our latest foster! She came to us yesterday and is getting settled in. Yesterday she spent most of the day choosing to keep her space and seems a little timid but today she went on a 2 mile walk and is coming to us when we call her. She appears to be potty trained, was familiar with stairs and knows how to sit so I am guessing she has been in a home before . Hoping this gentle spirit finds her forever home soon!

Ceaser found his forever home and we are thrilled for him. He got to meet his full family last night (including a fur sibling!) and he was ready to go right then and there. So excited for him!

This guy is amazing. He is a great listener, potty trained , playful but able to be chill as well.

Ceasar is doing amazing! He is still getting acclimated but is getting more comfortable every day. One of most asked questions is about if they are house trained and this guy definitely is . Welcome to our latest foster Ceasar. He just got here today and is checking everything out. I don’t know his story but I am almost confident he has lived in a house before based on his immediate comfort on stairs. He also can already sit and shake. We will share more as we get to know more.
