ABOUT DURBAN CANARY CLUB
The Durban Canary Club is one of 5 regional affiliates of Natal Provincial Cage Bird Association and is for all people who want to learn more about canaries and who are interested in their owning, breeding and showing. The Durban Canary Club was established in 1957 and remains a platform for enthusiasts to discover and share their passion.
This is a friendly and informal club which welcomes young and old who wish to share their appreciation, understanding and knowledge of birds. The Durban Canary Club invites you to join the club whether you are just starting out a hobby which you can enjoy for the rest of your life or if you have already been a life-long bird-keeper.

Club members enjoy monthly meetings which include presentations on topics of special interest to those who love canaries and the opportunity to socialise with one another in a relaxed atmosphere, sharing ideas and insights.
5. Club members get the opportunity to learn about canary identification, behaviour, breeding, showing, nutrition and much more at meetings and on the discussion group from specialists in the field.
