I’d love to take dog’s (my own or maybe my customers dogs if I have permission) into local care homes, just so that the elderly can interact with dogs, I know myself just how amazing the company of dogs can be and I’d love to share my time with them.

This wouldn’t be during walking time, this would be something unpaid & on a voluntary basis.

Does anyone know if I’d need to add this to my work insurance? If it’s aloud? And ofcourse how I’d go about starting this?

I appriciate any advice. Thank you x

Marching my way through March with anyone suffering with mental illnesses in mind.

Who are combat stress?
They provide clinical treatment and support for veterans from the British Armed Forces, focusing on those with complex mental health issues resulting from their experiences during military service.

One more sleep until I begin March’s challenge for Combat Stress , this charity is a close one to my heart and if anyone would like to donate I’ll pop my link below. I’d like to say thank you so much to those who have donated so far!

The whole reason I began my psychology degree and then went onto teaching hypnotherapy was with the hope to help military personnel. Thank goodness for charities like this one!

If you can’t donate all I ask is that you share this post in the hope that we can spread the name of one brilliant charity who offer so much help. Who knows, it could reach someone in a time of need.

Through the month of March I will also try and share some useful posts on other charities that could be of use to anyone suffering with a cloudy mind.

Please remember, you are never alone, I, along with many other people would always prefer you spoke about your feelings than you battle along.

Let’s raise some money to keep the fight against mental health going strong!

Today is my first day back after a lovely half term spent with my little man. We welcomed these two boys to the Pop in service that we offer. How beautiful are they?! 🐾
