This International Women's Day, we're thrilled to shine a light on the incredible women driving research and innovation in veterinary medicine.

Meet Christina Rohlf, a product engineer at Movora with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. For 7.5 years, Christina dedicated herself to uncovering the secrets of equine surfaces that increase the risk of musculoskeletal injuries in show jumping horses. Her groundbreaking work led to the creation of standards for arena surfaces that help prevent tendon and ligament injuries in horses. But Christina didn't stop there—she also designed a unique mechanical testing device to monitor these surfaces, which played a crucial role in her discoveries.

We're proud to have Christina on our research and development team at Movora and can't wait to see what innovative solutions she comes up with next.
