Ruff Runners Ruff Runners is the first professional dog walking service in the Falkland Islands, operating in Stanley. For enquiries please phone, message or email us :)

We offer a range of services which include three types of walks:

1. The Lone Wolf - this would suit a dog which does not like to be walked with other dogs (£15.00/hour)
2. The Social Mutts - this would suit a dog who loves interacting with other dogs whilst out on a walk (£12.50/hour/dog)
3. The Pack - this would be for a group of dogs who live together and would like to be walked together (pleas

e enquire for prices)

We also offer locally sourced dog treats such as dehydrated upland goose breast and beef spleens.

Bobs is migrating North forever!

Today we say goodbye to one of the loveliest boys in town: Bobby / Bob-bob / Bobster / Bobsie-wobsie 😭

We’ve been taking Bobby out since he was just teenie tiny and we will miss him on our collie clubs for sure! However, we also want to wish him, Nic & Jon and the cat (I guess 🙄😜) a fabulous trip back to the uk and all the best for the future!

Enjoy all that the UK has to offer Bobs and hopefully our paths will cross again! ❤️

We have some dehydrated mutton spleens for sale this weekend. We are out of our usual eco-, vacuum sealed bags so they will come in lovely brown paper bags instead 😉

The next generation also loves the “THIS WAY”
game (Thank god 🙏🏼)!

We use this phrase (more like a desperate cry from me) on the walks in situations where the group needs to change direction suddenly. Whether there is a penguin on the track, or a vehicle or another dog walker, it is best for us to just avoid them and get the hell outta there! Thankfully most days we don’t see anyone so we get to practice “this way!” a lot and the dogs seem to think it is really good fun! Today’s group was no exception and frankly they were kind of showing off! 😜

Evening Runners!

Hope you have all had a great weekend.

The weather forecast for tomorrow is looking extremely dire. Combo of wind and rain will make it very tricky for me to keep an eye on the dogs. For now, please assume the walks will NOT happen!

If the weather is better than expected then I will get in touch with owners as the day goes on.
