Living on a farm often means unexpected animal emergencies — and how you handle them truly matters. It all starts with being observant.

Last night, my farm hand noticed something off with Pedro (our sweet donkey) — his eye looked watery and weepy. My first thought was to apply a warm compress, but I decided to check in with my amazing veterinarian first. Eye issues can get serious fast, and I’m so thankful to have a vet who always responds quickly to any question I throw her way. 👩‍⚕️💬

Pedro was an absolute rock star, standing patiently while I placed a warm compress on his eye. This morning? He looked perfect — you’d never know there was an issue the night before. 🙏🐴

Farm life definitely keeps you on your toes, but teamwork and quick attention make all the difference. ❤️

🚜💪 I am beyond excited today! I took a chance at replacing the gas line on this ATV and… it was a HUGE success! 🙌 Having the confidence to try it myself feels amazing.

This little machine is officially back in action for my “horse manure collection operation” 🐴💩😂 Who knew fixing something could feel this good?
