🚨 AUNTIE’S GROOMING POLICY UPDATE 🚨

💖💖💖💖💖EDIT: all previously scheduled appointments for the year are still on the schedule! I’m working on getting them updated thru the new software and you WILL get confirmation of the date thru text message from the app !!!

Because Auntie’s time is valuable (and so are the floofies waiting for their spa day 💅🐾), here are a few important updates:

✨ 💳 Payment Options: Cash, Venmo, or card accepted!
Using a credit/debit card? A processing fee will be added to card payments.
Because even Auntie has to pay the treat tax. 🐾

✨ Cancellation Policy:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged the full amount.

✨ New Clients:
All new clients will be required to keep a card on file when booking appointments.

✨ Boarding & Pet Sitting:
A 20% non-refundable booking retainer of the total stay is required to reserve your dates. Your spot is not secured until payment is received!

✨ NEW BOOKING SITE:
Booking requests can now be submitted through Auntie’s new Square booking site for an easier, smoother experience! 🎉
