Slippin’ Jimmy, a Pixel + Whitewall + tangerine crested gecko female out of Ultimate x Golden Hour.

Happy Sunday! I’m feeling so lazy today. My body needed to play catch-up on rest for the previous week. Hopefully I’ll tackle the coming week a bit better by adjusting my sleep schedule.

This handsome guy is another Ultimate x Golden Hour holdback. Every UlGH kid is also 66% het Pixel, Hypo, Tangerine; and some are Emptyback like this boy pictured. I don’t have a name for him but I’m thinking of having him carry on Footloose’s legacy of clean, bright yellow hypos.

Two posts today?!?!? 🤯

I can’t help but share this Ultimate x Golden Hour girl. She’s exactly what I’ve been aiming for in the second generation of this hypo + tangerine project. That light sunshine yellow base, those swirls of pink and red from the tiger gene, and that glowing tangerine hue right up her dorsal and soaking in to all of her white pattern.

The future is bright. She will be carrying the torch for this project, and with the third generation I hope to see even stronger tangerine influence.

Next, I’d like to see a lavender-base version.

This project started with Footloose and Periwinkle; Golden Hour is a first gen daughter, who is the mother to the female pictured.

Still thinking of a name, but I think “Golden Girl” might be fitting. (Thanks !)

Two posts today?!?!? 🤯

I can’t help but share this Ultimate x Golden Hour girl. She’s exactly what I’ve been aiming for in the second generation of this hypo + tangerine project. That light sunshine yellow base, those swirls of pink and red from the tiger gene, and that glowing tangerine hue right up her dorsal and soaking in to all of her white pattern.
