...This is all that is left of an adult possum we found dead in our backyard after vultures feasted on the carcass. It is amazing how totally complete the Vultures have stripped the remaining skeleton of anything edible and only left bones. This is an example of the way nature finds a way - the product of millions of years of evolution in establishing certain species whose total existence relies on being highly successful in locating and feeding on carrion. Think of what is required in visual acuity to spot a dead animal as small as a rabbit from hundreds of feet in the air and do that every day to find your lunch. Quite amazing. BTW - As per the prior video showing Marconi the Math Dog watching the vultures, when asked "... how many Vultures in the backyard?...", Marconi immediately answers "...seven....". How cool is that?

Some of the younger kids were a little nervous being in close proximity to this fabulous Grinch character. However, Mary Lou Who from Whoville says the Grinch is A-OK, and that is good enough for Marconi and his Dad. ... Check out Marconi the Math Dog at Wally World (Walmart). Due to Marconis Dad suffering a broken ankle, this was his first car trip and visit to Walmart in some four months. When I asked of him "let's go see the 🐠 fish, he immediately took off and headed towards the frozen fish aisle where he gets to look at whole frozen snapper. That is a big treat for him. Remembering exactly where the fish are located in Walmart after four months is a display of his incredible Eidetic Memory. Marconi says please switch the audio icon to the ON position.

... Marconi the Math Dog shared a Saturday afternoon with some out of town fans. Joyce and Russ ( from Ohio) enjoyed a brunch with Fay and Mark and were treated to experiencing Marconi showcasing his remarkable canine cognitive abilities. We are thankful for good times with good friends.

...Here is a photo of a Great Blue Heron 💙 perched upon a rooftop peak of a neighborhood home 🏠while we were out and about walking Marconi the Math Dog. These magnificent birds can stand up to 4.5. feet tall and have a wingspan 🪽 over 6.5 feet. We watch them fishing along the shores and shallows of the local lakes and ponds. They display astonishing patience in their fish 🐠 hunting techniques and rarely miss when making an extremely fast and accurate strike at an unsuspecting and unfortunate fish. They always swallow their fish headfirst, and that process can be quite time consuming when dealing with a relatively large fish. However, there are pros and cons with everything, no matter how beautiful ❤️ or how magnificent, Great Blue Herons included. Obviously, Great Blue Herons are large birds, and large birds will undoubtedly leave behind very large deposits. That is something to consider when thinking about how wonderful 😊 it would be to have a magnificent creature spending time on your roof on a daily basis. Nature sure can be beautiful, and surely can provide some unexpected experiences. Marconi says please switch the audio icon to the ON position.

Marconi the Math Lion with the Wicked Witch (Mommy Fay).We had a fabulous 👌 time this 2024 Halloween. Lots of Trick or Treaters, Lots of fun. The Wicked Witch🧙‍♀️ scared a few younger Trick or Treaters , but they got their treats nevertheless- all in good fun. Marconi says please switch the audio icon to the ON position.
