I have had a very last minute cancellation through unfortunate circumstances ,meaning I have availability for the next 4 weeks .

15th September - 16th October 2024

Whilst I understand that sometimes circumstances change and I am certainly sympathetic to this as having very recently lost my father in law I have been tempted to cancel bookings as I’ve felt as a family we needed a break ,however never have the heart to let people down despite what we may be going through.
This is my small business and my livelyhood that I need to protect and sustain.

I have posted previously regarding cancellations and deposits and the fact that I am very lenient in comparison to other boarders , discounting multiple dogs and large bookings but I unfortunately have no other option but to make immediate changes .

Therefore the following will now come in to place .

50% non refundable deposit upon booking, I will continue to hold space for 10 days after which if a deposit has not been received I will cancel the booking.

If this is a large booking I will consider payment plans to help with the cost.

100% payment to be made 2 weeks prior to arrival of the dog/s.

I am forever grateful to my clients who are always loyal and support me with my business and trust you will support my decisions with how I need to work moving forward to protect myself mentally and financially .

I always want to be here to care for your beautiful dogs however protection of myself is a must for me to continue to do this and I really hope I will have all of your support .

Hi lovelies hope everyone has enjoyed the long bank holiday weekend . I’ve only been back from holiday a week and straight back in to anything looking after beautiful pups.

Moving forward I feel in need to be stricter with drop off and pick up times . I have spoken to other boarders recently and I do feel like I’ve always been very flexible and I will continue to do this where ever I can but as a general rule I will now only do the following unless it’s been arranged prior.

AM -8-10:30
PM - 4-6

For a PM collection there will still be a charge of half a day.

I have also recently taken the decision to no longer accept in tact males . This doesn’t include dogs that I already care for or dogs too young to be neutered.

It’s not been an easy decision on both changes but I need to make things better for my family and having constant marking in my home and on our furnishings isn’t acceptable.

We welcome all your beautiful dogs in to our home but it still is our home and we as a family need to make some adjustments to ensure everyone is happy.

Hi lovelies !

I hope everyone is well and is looking forward to Easter .
We are looking forward to some nice weather and to get rid of the horrible muddy days that we are having ! However we have still had a nice time looking after your beautiful dogs . Due to a client relocation I have had a large cancellation for summer and other school holidays I now have some additional availability if you require any space for your beautiful pooches .

30th July -9th August
12th-23rd August
October half term
December 1st onwards
