🌸🐔 Good morning from Agnes! 🐔🌸

We have some lovely news to share – Agnes will soon be getting a very special friend. 💛 Thanks to the wonderful team at LuckyHens Rescue Wigan, a little disabled hen will be joining us here at Little Nest Rescue.

This poor girl was sadly found hanging by her leg in a large commercial barn, but she’s been given a second chance thanks to rescue. Because she needs a really small, gentle flock where she won’t be bullied, she’ll be the perfect companion for Agnes. 🥰

We’d love your help… what should we call her? 🐓💭 Drop your name suggestions below – we can’t wait to see what you come up with!

🚨🌾 Hay Appeal 🌾🚨

We’re running low on hay for our horses, alpaca, and sheep – and they can’t go without. Each round bale costs £40, and with so many hungry mouths, we get through them fast.

Without enough hay, our herd simply won’t have the food they need. 💔

We’re so happy to introduce Agnes, our newest little resident at Little Nest Rescue! 💛 Agnes is a lovely hen who used to live with Bob at his old home, and now she’s settling into her new life here with us.

She’s already showing us her sweet personality, and we know she’ll be very loved by our visitors and volunteers. 🥰

Murray the miniature Shetland has once again liberated the big ponies’ breakfast. 🥣🐴
Judging by the lip-licking, he has zero regrets.
