There are typically 2 main reasons pets could be “fussy eaters” ✨

1. Physiological - Food, time of meals, amount of meals a day
2. ⁠Behaviour - anxious about being in pain, uncomfortable, inability to see surroundings, scared/timid

When we tackle the issue of fussy eating, we often overlook the behavioural side. If you’ve switched up your dog’s food multiple times without seeing any improvement, this is probably be why! 🫶🏻

Just like humans, if your dog feels uncomfortable/anxious or in pain when they eat, it can cause them to be “fussy eaters” which is just their way of communicating this to you 😓
