I’ll be at the ranch tomorrow and want to invite you to join us. Whether you come for a few minutes or stay a while, this space is here for you—to pray , to breathe, to process,to be with others, have a peaceful place or simply to not be alone
Dear friends,
Our community is hurting. We are hurting. Today's events at Evergreen High School have shaken all of us, and our hearts ache alongside every student, family, teacher, and neighbor impacted. This is our home and these are the kids and parents and teachers we do life with every day.
On Thursday from 8:00am – 8:00pm youth (participants or not), parents, church leaders and members, volunteers, and families are welcome to come and go as needed. Come together, come alone - just come as you are to process, grieve, pray, and reflect.
The Lodge will be open as a quiet place for prayer, worship, or simply stillness.
The ranch pastures and woods will be open for fresh air, space, and a chance to reset.
Horses will be available for gentle connection; you’re welcome to be with them, groom them, or walk them. (We won’t be doing any riding tomorrow.)
Our team and volunteers will be here, present and watchful, to ensure everyone feels safe and supported but also not intrusive. If you want to paint, journal, write music, worship, hike, spend time with horses - whatever you need - the ranch is open and we are a safe haven to sit in the mess and pain of all of this and begin to process what has happened.
This is not a program or an event. It’s simply a place of respite, safety, and community, a retreat where you can breathe, process, and remember you don’t have to carry this alone. Just come as you are, feeling whatever it is you are feeling. Come whenever you want and stay as long as you need.
For those who do not know how to get to us please send us a DM and we will let you know.
