Deeby's Senior Chihuahua Rescue We honor our angel Deeby 🌈 by finding forever homes for overlooked small dogs who need help most.

Our Mission:

To provide a loving home, good food, high quality vet care, compassion and comfort to senior, special needs, and/or hospice Chihuahuas for the remainder of their lives. To build a Forever Foster Home network to enable us to place more senior Chihuahuas in loving, home settings for the duration of their lives. To provide education on the joys and challenges of caring for aging dogs. T

o work with other dog rescue groups to promote the adoption of senior dogs. To find loving forever homes for Chihuahuas not considered hospice.

New Yorkie boys just in! They are NOT bonded as they didn’t come from the same place. All are breeder release, who were well socialized. Another person saved them from the mills, and asked us to take them into the rescue. We are sure glad that we did, as they’re little delights!

The minimum adoption donation amount for Ian and Jacob is $275 each. The amount for Leman is $345 The are neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, heart worm checked, and on flea/tick and heart worm preventatives.

We are located in Bloomington, IL
We do not ship, you would need to travel to pick up your babies if you live out of state.
Your current pets must be up-to-date on core vaccines, spayed/neutered, and on heart worm prevention year round. You must be at least 21-years-old to adopt.

Please have your veterinarian and two non-family reference phone numbers ready. The app makes you start all over if you leave the page to look up numbers.

Turbo is an 8-month-old, 8-pound Chihuahua. Rascal is a 1-year-old, 6-pound Shih Tzu Yorkie mix. They’re hopelessly devoted to one another, so we will not split them up.

There’s not much that a puppy and McDonalds can’t fix. 😍 This family lost two of their beautiful Pomeranians within weeks of one another. One of which was a senior Deeby alum.
