Hello everyone,

As many of you know, I'm a small business owner who takes great pride in providing the best care for your pets. Recently, I received a one-star review from a client who had a dog with trauma. Two days passed after I last saw this client, and I find it concerning that they didn’t contact me directly with any concerns. Instead, they left several hurtful, false reviews on Google and Instagram.

During the grooming, I kept the client updated, and they were thrilled with the service. The dog left happy, with no concerns, and was completely fine upon pickup. The client was fully aware of the process and even expressed that they would return and were thrilled about the service . It's upsetting to see false claims when everything went smoothly.

I always strive to ensure every pet feels safe and comfortable, especially those with past trauma or medical concerns. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your pet's grooming, please reach out to me directly so we can address them right away.

Please understand that fake or misleading reviews are incredibly hurtful to small businesses like mine. If there’s an issue, I encourage you to contact me first so we can resolve it together.
