⚠️ PLEASE URGENT! READ TILL THE END! ⚠️

Hello! My name is Melissa and I started this page last year as a campaign to raise money to spay female strays from Beirut and the suburbs. And thanks to donations and the help of some NGOs, we were able, my friends and I, to spay 15 dogs!
However, this year, my priorities have changed. It has become urgent to raise money to FEED the strays before thinking of spaying them. We are still spaying them with the help of NGOs through TNR programs but finding the money to feed them has become very difficult.
I lost my job and used all my savings but I still refuse to give up on them. Those poor souls are homeless and can't go to shelters since all are full. In order to eat, they have to look for food in the garbage. Don't they deserve to be treated equally to shelter dogs and cats, and not sleep on an empty stomach?
I used to feed 40 dogs and 70 cats but after the financial crisis, many people stopped feeding strays because they can't afford to do so anymore. So I took it upon myself to keep feeding those strays and the number went up from 40 to 100 dogs and 70 to 120 cats.

As of now, I rely solely on donations, and ANY amount, large or small, counts.

👉 I use one every day and 2 extras over the weekend.

👉 I use one bag every 2 to 3 days.

I found Mia when she was a 4-month-old puppy. While I was walking she suddenly came out of the bushes wagging her tail, wanting to play, even with all she was going through since she had severe mange. We took her and treated her; she's in good health now. She's 8 months old now and needs to be spayed. Please help spay Mia with any amount. For any help you can call 04824380.

We have spayed Queenie and Sky. We had to spay both since Queenie was in her early pregnancy and Sky had a uterus infection. We know that the situation is bad but our lovely furry friends need us now more than ever. We can all help with any available amount to make them live a proper life and to prevent the birth of more puppies that might be abused by many abusive people. Queenie is a female pointer. We found her roaming on the street while in heat. We took her off the street to prevent her from mating. We have to spay her before any breeder finds her and abuses her. It looks like she had a lot of litters already. Many people want to buy her to breed her. Your help is needed! Any amount counts! Please call 03824380 because we can't do it alone. We had to spay Bianca before Queenie since she got pregnant so we had to act fast. Next time its Queenie’s turn than Lucky after Mia and Sky more and more stray females to spay. We are working alone a small group of animal lovers. Please Help us save more puppies from suffering on the street and getting abused. By donating any amount you can save a little pure soul. We want to thank all people who have contributed with Coockie’s spaying. We have saved 7 or more souls from being mistreated or killed by spaying the female. We will keep on spaying the strays to save more lives.

🔸️Latest updates!🔸️

Sacha was spayed this Wednesday thanks to the generous people who contributed to her operation! 💕
⚠️ But something else happened this week! ⚠️
Some neighbors wanted Sacha and Jack removed because they were scared of them and said that they will poison them if we don't. The municipality got involved and asked me to help them take Jack to a shelter because no one could handle him but me. We also took Sacha with him because her life was in danger if left there. In the 2nd picture, you can see them at the shelter.
There was a huge fight with the neighbors. My only regret is that I didn't film them while they were threatening to kill Sacha and Jack and post it here so everybody could see them. But I won't forget next time! 😈

SACHA NEEDS TO BE SPAYED THIS WEDNESDAY! {please share}

It turned out this is not Sacha's first time getting pregnant as we thought initially. She had a previous litter a while ago and all the puppies were taken from her. You might think "well, that's good then". Unfortunately, we don't know who took them, where to, whether they kept them and take care of them properly, or dumped them back on the street somewhere.
A lot of people find puppies cute but not so much when they grow up. Not to mention, a lot of people can't afford to raise animals in Lebanon anymore. Also, a lot people/kids like to play with them, as in EXPERIMENT on them. Let's just hope the puppies are in a better place.🙁🤞

I don't know about you, but this is who they remind me of 😄
By the way, they've already cosummated their love! And they will soon have babies on the street because, unlike the cartoon, neither one of them has a home! They BOTH live on the street.

This is Sacha and her boyfriend Jack. They live on the street but they have each other. They like to roam freely in the city of Dekwaneh. A lot of people know them and feed them. However, the street is not a safe place, especially for puppies. Sacha might be already pregnant so she needs to be spayed asap.

This is Julie and her FIVE puppies. She needs to be spayed before having another litter on the street! She might be already pregnant because she was in heat a few weeks ago. An NGO is helping with the discount for the operation. We still need 150 000 LBP! Her surgery is scheduled for this Wednesday but we can't take her if we don't have the whole amount! Please share or donate any small amount that you can spare!

There are too many dogs in that area already. Five other dogs live in that area as well (one of them is Cookie that will be spayed later) and the neighbors are complaining to the municipality and threatening to poison them! Please help us stop their number from increasing and putting other lives in danger!

Let’s Spay the Strays 💚

These 5 females dogs need to be spayed before they get pregnant and have litters of puppies on the street. The majority of the babies will most likely be stolen, poisoned or run over by cars. And the remaing ones will increase the number of strays. Please help us spay them. We need donations because the price of the operation has more than doubled :((
