Hello and welcome. As a passionate breeder, my commitment to the well-being of my puppies extends far beyond their first few weeks at my home. My responsibility is to ensure that their transition to your home is as gentle, secure, and positive as possible.
Our Philosophy: Meeting in Person Comes First
I will always prioritize you coming to our home to pick up your companion. This moment is essential: it allows you to see the environment where they grew up, meet their mother, and ask us all of your questions.
However, I understand that distance can sometimes be a major obstacle. For the responsible and loving families who cannot make the trip, I have established a solution that meets my strictest requirements for animal welfare: a close partnership with a network of certified pet transporters whom I have personally selected.
This Isn't "Shipping," It's a Professionally Managed Service
I want to be very clear: I do not "ship" my puppies. I entrust their first big journey to trusted professionals who share my values and whose job it is to ensure a safe passage.
My selection criteria for a transport partner are non-negotiable:
USDA Licensed and Insured: All my transport partners are licensed professionals, registered with the USDA as required by federal law. They are fully insured and adhere to strict animal welfare protocols to ensure your puppy's journey is safe and comfortable.
Animal Welfare as the Top Priority: The vehicles are specifically designed for pet travel, climate-controlled, and perfectly ventilated. Cleaning and disinfection protocols are rigorous.
Experience and a Calm Demeanor: They are trained to manage the needs of a young puppy, minimize stress, and recognize the signals they send.
Total Transparency: Communication is at the heart of our partnership.
How Your Puppy's Journey Unfolds
If we agree together that transport is the best option for you, here is the process we follow:
Introduction: I will connect you directly with my trusted transport partner so you can discuss and organize the logistical details (date, time, cost).
Journey Planning: The route is optimized to be as short and comfortable as possible. The puppy travels alone or in a very small group to ensure a peaceful trip.
The Day of Departure: I personally prepare the puppy for their departure in a calm environment. I ensure they are relaxed before entrusting them to the transporter, with whom I conduct a complete handover.
Real-Time Tracking: Throughout the journey, you will receive updates. Most of my partners offer GPS tracking and send you photos during rest stops to reassure you.
The Arrival: The transporter will hand your puppy over to you directly, taking the time to ensure everything is okay. They will also give you all the documents I have entrusted to them.
