Enjoy the luxury of private paddocks with 24/7 supervision, along with top-notch facilities, including a 60x20 sand arena (full use weekly and weekends), fully fenced sand round yard, allocated tack space, float parking and hot water wash bay. Your horse will receive two daily meals (provided by you) and a rotational paddock (cleaned weekly by LVT Equine). Plus, you can tailor your horse's care with external trainers and lessons. If you're looking for excellent care with a bit more flexibility, our Silver Package is perfect for you!
Your horse will have access to a private paddock and rotation paddock (cleaned by you weekly) and the use of riding in our 60x20 sand arena 3 times a week, fully fenced round yard, cold water wash bay and 24/7 supervision. Your horse will receive two daily meals (provided by you). This package balances quality care with shared facilities, ensuring your horse receives proper upkeep. With optional add-ons for lessons, shared tack space, float parking and professional services.

Affordable Care with the Bronze Package! 🌟
Discover our most budget-friendly option without compromising on care! The Bronze Package provides essential services for your equine friend, including private paddocks, with rotation (you must clean your paddocks weekly), Your horse will receive two daily meals (provided by you) and 24/7 supervision. Use of cold-water wash bay and fully fenced sand round yard. Perfect for those just starting out or looking to maintain basic care, this package is a great way to ensure your horse receives the attention they need.

Extra Costs:
• Training, Fitness, and Young Horse Education: Sessions with Talicia Beardsmore (booked directly; Talicia visits our property twice weekly).
• Rug Washing: $2.00 per load (cleaning liquid to be provided by you).
• Private Lessons: $80.00 for a 45-minute session with an experienced coach.
• Tack Share Space: Available for $8.00 per week. (included in GOLD PACKAGE)

Needing a young and enthusiastic person to help out with some simple horse duties on a boutique agistment/coaching property.

Job requirements include
🔺poo picking
🔺sometimes bagging of poo
🔺weeding (no more than an hour)
🔺washing out of feed buckets
🔺weather pending and time left over, there are opportunities to pull out some horses and give them a brush and some loving💕

Are you . .
🐴 15 and over, have a passion for horses?
🐴 loves being surrounded by soft snoots and horse musk
🐴 fit enough to push a wheel barrow
🐴 and has their own means of transport or a mum or dad willing to drive them to work on time?

As part of our regular trims here, we also work on getting the hoof back to optimal health! Pictures here of new boy Dodge.
After the wet weather Dodge had developed some seedy toe. Our farrier has resected as much as needed, and then packed with The Hoof Co Blue Balls. Regular cleaning of the hoof and application of Blue Balls should see Dodge and his seedy toe gone . . Hopefully in the next few farrier visits 🙌🏼🔵 🤙🏼
