Happy New Year from the Millmount and HHorse and Rider - Equestrian Retailerteam!!

A huge thank you to all our amazing customers for trusting us with your feed, bedding and every day essential needs. We loved every mile of it.

That’s a wrap on 2025 and we are ready to take on 2026 🥂 but first of all - we’ve crunched some numbers and want to share with you some fun facts on what we achieved together this year:

🛏️ 13,684 Bales of Bedding delivered for the coziest stables.
🐔 30 Tonnes of Chicken Feed to keep the flocks clucking.
🥕 1,600 Bags of Horse Treats for thousands of well-deserved rewards.
🧂 385 salt licks left the shop
🚚 25,000 Delivery Miles covered – that’s like driving around the world!

A few smaller numbers…

💥 we only lost 2 van doors 1 tyre and got stuck in the mud a handful of times

Feed deliveries will commence again on Monday 5th January!

The Horse and Rider shop will be open as normal until Christmas Eve (10am-2pm) and reopen on Friday 2nd January - feed can be collected from the shop when open 🙏

We are slightly short staffed this week and only have 1 van available for deliveries so have made the below plan to help:

Monday - north deliveries
Tuesday - south deliveries
Wednesday - north deliveries
Thursday - south deliveries
Friday - north deliveries

West/east will be slotted into these!

If possible collection would be preferable we are open 10-5 Tuesday-Friday 😁
