I will be on vacation from July 9th through July 22nd. It’s a longer break than usual, but some much-needed time off.

If you’re planning to have your dog groomed in July, please reach out now to pre-book your appointment. My schedule before vacation will fill up quickly.

If your dog is due for grooming in June, I highly recommend getting on the books as soon as possible, as appointments are already filling up fast.

I want to make sure my regular clients have the opportunity to get in before I leave.

To my amazing clients ❤️

I need to address something that has become a very serious issue for my small business. Last minute cancellations and no-shows have unfortunately become a daily occurrence, and it truly hurts my business more than most people realize.

When an appointment is canceled last minute, it leaves me with an empty grooming spot that I usually don’t have enough time to refill. As a groomer, I reserve that time specifically for your pet, and once that time is gone, I cannot get that income back.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen — life happens to all of us. However, out of respect for my time, my business, and the clients waiting for appointments, I will now be enforcing the following policy:

✨ Less than 24 hours notice for cancellation = 50% of the groom total due before rebooking
✨ No-shows = 100% of the groom total due before another appointment can be scheduled

Please understand this policy is not meant to be harsh. It is simply necessary to protect my time and keep my business running smoothly.

I put my heart into every groom and work hard to provide premium one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, and quality service for every pet that comes through my doors. I truly appreciate those of you who respect my time and continue to support my small business. ❤️🐾

I wanted to give a quick update— due to the extremely high gas prices lately (it’s costing about $100 for just half a tank 😩), I’ll unfortunately be pausing mobile nail trim services for the time being.

good news is I would absolutely love to still take care of you and your pups at the shop! 🐶✨
