To our ever loyal clients,

At this time, we understand there is a lot of fear and isolation happening due to COVID-19. Right now are up and running as normal, however, we have been working extra hard on frequent cleaning and sanitation of equipment and high traffic areas. The health, wellbeing, and safety of our clients is our top priority and if there is a call to close our salon, we will do so. This being said, we understand if you need to cancel, we only request that you let your groomer know as soon as possible as we may need to modify our schedules due to cancellations. We appreciate all of our clients and especially those individuals that continue to book their pets with us at this time. We are a small business and rely on your patronage to keep us going. We do however, completely understand why some choose or cannot book at this time. If you are unable to bring your pets in, please reach out if you need some tips and tricks on how to care for your pet’s coat at home because it is vitally important to your pet’s health that their skin and coat be taken care of in between grooming.

Please be safe and know that we will continue to schedule and provide the best care for your pets for as long as we are allowed to remain open.

I want to start this off by apologizing for my lack of professionalism and flakiness over the last several months.

Over the last year I have become increasingly overwhelmed by the business aspect of my work. For me, apparently, business can go TOO well. There was a point where I was receiving upwards of 30-40 calls and texts per day. It was beyond what I could handle and I didn’t know how to deal with it. I just shut down. Every time a new call or text would come through, it was instant anxiety. I stopped responding to messages or would put them off for a week or more and that isn’t fair to you or my other customers. I can’t help my health issues but I can do better with communication. I want to thank those that have stayed with me and apologize and invite back those that have become frustrated and even angered by my behavior, I promise to do better from here on out.

I finally opened up to Shawn, my husband and business partner, about my feelings, and he volunteered to help me with scheduling from here on out.

IF you are willing to give me a second chance, I promise I will not let you down again. For as long as I’m a groomer, I promise to do right by you and your pet.

I want you to know that my anxieties have never been over your pets. I love and adore every animal that comes through our doors, even the difficult ones. Once they are in my care, they are loved and treated well.

In order to maintain my sanity I have come up with a message return schedule. We will be returning texts and calls Tuesday- Friday between 7am-5pm. If you do not hear back from me in a timely manner (and by timely, I mean within a few hours, not minutes) please text or call Shawn at 509-307-9883 and he will get you scheduled.

Again, I sincerely apologize for my behavior, I never meant to upset anyone but I know I have and I am sorry for that.

Hello everyone, Becky here.

I'm just giving a heads up. We were expecting to be slow right now but this year is drastically different than last year. Currently I am booked up until October 2nd (and I am getting limited even for that week). If you need an appointment PLEASE shoot me a text WAY in advance. I am also currently booking holiday appointments and the dates right before Thanksgiving and Christmas will book the quickest. Early morning appointments are also going very quickly. As for the other groomers, I know they are booking out a long ways as well. We appreciate you patients at this very busy time. We hate turning away customers but unfortunately, when we are booked we are booked and can only groom so many dogs/cats in a day. Please plan accordingly.

Good morning to all our clients! I just wanted to give a heads up. Holiday appointments are booking very quickly. If you have not scheduled a holiday appointment for your fur baby, I highly recommend that you do so ASAP. If you don't book in advance there is an extremely high chance that we will be unable to get you in last minute. Please plan ahead.

On another note, I still have a couple of openings left for this week and even a couple for this Saturday. Let me know if you need something this week!- Becky

Hello lovely clients, Becky here. It has recently come to my attention that, due to an issue with my phone, some customers have been unable to reach me and they have gotten a message that said my phone was disconnected, this was not the case. I apologize for the inconvenience and was unaware of this issue until Friday. Today I purchased a new phone and calls are coming through. If you have tried to call in the last couple of weeks and were unable to reach me please let me know, I would love to get your furry kid scheduled. Again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
