From humble small beginnings in October of 2023 Muddy River Micros has taken root in the local St Louis Region.

Our mission is to provide customers with locally grown 100% organic fresh high quality nutritious Non-GMO greens.

Peas, Radish, and Sunflower with sliced apples, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, aged balsamic, and a bit of honey.

Made another creation over the weekend! 🌱
Radish, Sunflower, and Alfalfa sprouts chopped and mixed with sliced apples and avocados. Topped with olive oil, a bit of home , and aged balsamic vinegar. Side of venison back strips and vwalla! 🌱

It's been long overdue and time for a big shout out to HYGGE Juice bar in Lake St Louis!!
They began including Muddy River Micros microgreens in their smoothies and food offerings a couple months ago! They have a fantastic menu of smoothies and gluten free options of food. The turkey club with avocado and sunflower microgreens is amazing (my personal favorite😉👍)

Speckled Peas and Arugula🌱
$9 per container. 🌱
3oz in each. 🌱

Arugula are spicy and robust bold flavor.
Peas have an earthy flavor and taste just like peas...lol
