Welcome 𝓑𝓮𝓪𝓻 to the Braaf family. He is a 3 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. We’ve learned they are also referred to as “Berners.” Bear has separation anxiety, no manners, minimum obedience and has grown to become an overly vocal dog. He will be spending 3 weeks with us for a Board & Train!

Great update from Bark Twain!! He is doing great and truly has mastered his manners. His owner stayed strong and keep the fundamentals in place which required him to stay off the furniture. He has been doing so good that they have decided to get him his own chair which they call the “Bark O Lounger”, which is he allowed to use with permission.

We aren’t saying that pets can’t ever be on the furniture. We are saying that it’s an earned reward! Many dogs are never shown that they need to be invited and they must earn it. This yields many issues like resource guarding or disobedience. Give your dog a clear picture of what is expected so they can give you the desired behavior.

Got a great update on Bark Twain and how well he is doing. Bark Twain is loving using his place cot and has really tuned into the dos and donts at home. His owner has kept up with his training and what we went over and it shows!! Thanks for the wonderful update and please keep us posted!!
