Sweet Dixie update: she was fixed and vetted yesterday; she is heartworm positive and has Lyme disease. They guess her to be 8 to 10 years old. She has started treatment for Lyme and heartworm and will be good as new soon.if you would like to drop five or ten dollars to help us with her treatment it’s very appreciated thank you

It is with a broken heart that our very own Sadie, who came to us over three years ago, passed away in her sleep last night. The foster parents just called me to say they have no idea what happened. I did see Sadie yesterday, and she was fine, so it makes no sense. I'm so sad for the fosters; they were so good with her. My prayers are with them, because I know it's not easy to wake up and have no answers to what happened.rest in paradise sweet Sadie girl #14 death of 2025 unknown reasons
